Initiate Your Return
Log into your LAMODA account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
